All our products are all-natural. Products may melt or soften in transit, they are heat sensitive. Store at room temperature. We only use recyclable, compostable, or reusable materials. Products may cause staining on the packaging due to the fact our products are all natural.  It's normal for products to cause some staining on the packaging. This is a rare occurrence but does happen due to the products being all natural and the oils in the products. To maintain quality, please store the products at room temperature. As products are all natural they are heat sensitive. This does not affect our products.
